How do I return?
- For UK Returns, enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

What items are returnable?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Briggs & Riley Online, you may return any unused merchandise with the original hangtags attached and all original packaging, for a prompt refund within 30 days of receipt of the item. Please note that personalised items CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for UK returns. For Intenatiional returns please refer to our International Shipping Page under FAQs for more information.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once the bag is returned to our warehouse, a full refund will be credited back onto the card you paid with. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. Please note that credit card companies vary on the time it takes for a refund to appear on their customers records.
