EASY Repair Kit

"The top handle on my large suitcase broke, and knowing we had a lifetime warranty, I went on the website. Ordering the parts and fixing it ourselves seemed like the best option. The parts arrive a few days later, complete with directions and suggesting a video to help. We assumed we would have to cut the lining, but no. Yes, there is a hidden zipper to remove the lining for repairs. Took 5 minutes - easy-peasy. Love this company!"

Your handles need a redesign...PRONTO!

"For the cost of the luggage, we should NOT need to deal with handle repair kits. Please change the design to include metal so that it won't break. We now need to travel with spares and a screw driver which it ridiculous, not to mention needing to pay for postage to get them to me."

"The handles and kit are really nice.I gave it an ok because it didn’t fit my Style luggage as the model I have, which was quite expensive, was discontinued and so it appears were parts. I was able to make these handles work with a drill and new mounting hardware. So the bag is back in play. I love this suitcase but Will think twice about buying Briggs products in future. Any item made should have legacy parts. Art"
