Best Luggage Purchase I’ve Ever Made
"This carry-on is easily the nicest piece of luggage I have ever owned. Incredibly functional and exquisite attention to detail. It will accompany me on many journeys in this lifetime, and I am confident it will still be used by my children, when I am too old to travel (though hopefully that’s still many years away🙂)"

Great features, but way TOO HEAVY for flight crew
"As a flight attendant, your bag is your life, and unfortunately, this one just isn't working for the job. It weighs 10 lbs completely empty! When you travel constantly, every ounce matters, and this is simply too heavy. The weight distribution is tough—it doesn't shift well when rolling on its side or going up ramps. Going down ramps is even trickier, as you have to fight to keep the heavy bag from getting away from you. I absolutely love all the compartments and features, but because of the weight, I have to look for a lighter bag for everyday work."

Top quality
"Top‑tier quality from start to finish. The craftsmanship is immediately noticeable — every detail feels intentional, solid, and built with longevity in mind. It has the kind of construction that inspires confidence the moment you pick it up. Truly a product made to last."

22” Carry On
"Best piece of luggage I’ve ever owned! It’s obvious that every little detail was considered when constructing this piece. The clothing bay, used with the compacting system is surprisingly large. The sturdy wheels make rolling smooth and steady. Fits on every airline’s carry on, which allows no worries! Highly recommend!"

Should have bought it sooner
"I had been looking at this bag for a while and finally pulled the trigger - I’m very happy with the purchase and should have bought it sooner. Looks great, top line functionality, and very durable. Most bags look worn after the first use - I’ve already taken this one on 7 trips, with lots of rough handling - and it still looks brand new."

Didn’t hold up well! Wobbly
"I’m not really happy with this carry-on which I took to Europe. Number one it didn’t hold as many clothes as the person with me who had a smaller European size. Carry-on. Number two the handle became extremely wobbly with a short amount of time and the wheels didn’t spin easily like they should. I would like to return it."

Right call
"One of my best purchases. I was torn between Briggs & Riley and Tumi, and I definitely made the right call. It’s much more convenient and offers way more usable space than Tumi. Because it doesn't split right down the middle, it's incredibly easy to open and close in tight spaces without taking over the whole room."

Love the bag! Luggage strap not so much
"The suitcase is fantastic and doesn’t disappoint. As cabin crew I am however disappointed in the luggage strap attachment. I have had the suitcase less than a week and the luggage strap came off and is nowhere to be found. For the price point a better strap locking attachment on the suitcase is needed. I have heard the same complaint from other crew members that have this bag. Other than that I love this suitcase."

Great bag for my 35 day trip to Europe!
"I’m a B&R fan forever! Took the 21”global carry on to Europe and breezed through all airline overhead bin limitations except for one and that was in Greece when we needed to take a small plane to Santorini. Best bag I’ve ever owned:)"

Full of features but heavy.
"I was about to buy this case, having seen excellent reviews. However, then I noticed the weight, around 4. 7Kg. Some of the budget airlines in my region have a carry-on weight limit of 7Kg. Which means by the time you have packed some shoes and socks, you've reached the limit! I made the same mistake buying a Tumi carry-on at 4. 5Kg. It's bulletproof and may last a lifetime but it's not practical for flying. Plus, for a senior like me, it's a struggle to heave it into the overhead bin, and I'm a fit senior!"
