Didn’t hold up well! Wobbly

"I’m not really happy with this carry-on which I took to Europe. Number one it didn’t hold as many clothes as the person with me who had a smaller European size. Carry-on. Number two the handle became extremely wobbly with a short amount of time and the wheels didn’t spin easily like they should. I would like to return it."

Love the bag! Luggage strap not so much

"The suitcase is fantastic and doesn’t disappoint. As cabin crew I am however disappointed in the luggage strap attachment. I have had the suitcase less than a week and the luggage strap came off and is nowhere to be found. For the price point a better strap locking attachment on the suitcase is needed. I have heard the same complaint from other crew members that have this bag. Other than that I love this suitcase."

Wandering gait.

"The wheels are not as responsive as I had hoped. With the large cargo backpack mounted on the Handel for the ride through a busy airport the 22’ Carry-on had a tendency to wander around and not track in a consistent manner. Truthfully I wish I had ordered to two wheeled option!"

Exactly what I needed

"After 9 year with the “other” big suitcase brand and nearly 1M domestic miles it was time for a new bag. I went back on fourth on staying with the other brand or switching over to Briggs and Riley. Ultimately the simplicity of this bag was what drove me to it. Not having the bars within the suitcase cannot be overstated on what an advantage that is for packing. I travel 2 to 3 days a week on average and I’ve had the bag now for over 60 days and many trips. It is sturdy. It is small enough to not be overwhelming, but big enough to handle a four weeks worth of travel when needed."
