I only used it once

"I only used it once and when I went to retrieve my Luggage from baggage claim the cover was missing. I was informed by the airline they do not do claims for luggage covers. Briggs and Riley customer service sent me a replacement cover so hopefully I will get to try it again. The cover itself seems to be of good quality so fingers crossed for the next time."

Looks nice but durability is questionable.

"I was excited to receive this luggage cover & pleased with how well it looked on my Torq international carry on luggage. Unfortunately, it didn’t make it beyond its maiden voyage without tearing. It has a few small holes in the stretchy material of the cover. I would’ve been fine with that after several uses since it’s job is to protect the luggage after all, but I expected better durability at this price point. I have a few cheap covers that I’ve used prior to this one with other B&R luggage pieces that have endured multiple journeys around the world without issues, so I’m disappointed with this item. I have many B&R items that I trust & are of great quality, but this cover is a miss for me unfortunately."

A Disappointing Product from B&G

"Not durable. I understand that baggage can be handled roughly when checked but after only 2 domestic trips (once I checked), I noticed there were already tears and holes where the seams are. The 2 generic covers I purchased from Amazon are made of a more durable, stretchy material and hold up better."

Do you have a cover that fits the baseline luggage line?: Good Morning Karen, Thank you for contacting Briggs & Riley. We do not currently have any covers for the soft sided luggage.
Will this cover also fit the baseline essential carry-on spinner?: Good Morning, Thank you for contacting Briggs & Riley. While the covers may fit the baseline we do not recommend using them on soft side due to the holes on the cover do not match the baseline.
As could be walking in the rain for a mile, looking for protection from water. How does this cover do in a steady rain?: Good Morning, Thank you for contacting Briggs & Riley. This bag is water resistant not water proof due to the cut out for the handle and the bottom which covers the bottom of the bag. I would not recommend this cover in the situation that you have described.
What are the measurements of this cover?: Good Morning, Thank you for contacting Briggs & Riley. Please note that these covers are made to fit the Sympatico™ CX bag or Torq® Carry-On Spinner.
