Relieved to have the repair kit

"Thank goodness we were able to get the Large Carry Handle repair kit for our Baseline suitcase. The original handle was missing one of the anchor clips when we picked up our luggage on a trip. It was easy to replace, with the guidance of the online video. Giving only a 4-star rating due to the short screws included in the repair kit. They were not long enough to hold the anchors. So we used the original screws that were longer. Also, we did not reattach the spacer plate that was with the original assembly (probably the reason why the anchor piece wasn't held tight enough). There should be two different screw lengths to anchor each end of the large handle."

Repair Carry On (Fixed Handle)

"Broke the fixed handle (not the retractable one) on my carry on (which I use as my main work travel luggage) and on my last trip pf the year. Decided to order the repair kit after checking compatibility via the web site instead of bringing luggage to an endorsed retailer. Took just about one week to get the kit and I did repair the carry on in 25mn top. Must add that i only had to pay for the shipping of the kit (~16CAD$). Well worth it and it is ready to face the road anew this coming week. Would highly recommend."
