Best Luggage Purchase I’ve Ever Made
"This carry-on is easily the nicest piece of luggage I have ever owned. Incredibly functional and exquisite attention to detail. It will accompany me on many journeys in this lifetime, and I am confident it will still be used by my children, when I am too old to travel (though hopefully that’s still many years away🙂)"

Excellent product with excellent performance
"I recently purchased my Briggs and Riley spinner and immediately took it on a trip. I detest checking bags, and this bag is of the smaller, European profile, so I was interested to see if I'd be able to fit everything into the new bag. It was no issue. Everything fit and the bag performed perfectly. From the capacity to the sturdiness, I felt comfortable and confident in the product. I'm planning to buy two more - one for my wife and one for my daughter."

Good bag
"Very well built. I like the compression mechanism. I would say it’s the second biggest selling point. The. First one is the warranty. The garment compartment is not as useful. The outside pocket needs a bit of a redesign. Overall very good bag despite the price."

Great bag
"Love this bag!! I’ve spent hundreds over the years for bags and this was a great investment, the zippers and inside is durability with great materials and love the fact it has a lifetime warranty. Make the investment and get this bag!"

Great Luggage!
"Love this 22” Essential spinner. I just returned from my first trip using this piece and it is even better than I expected. Roomy, sturdy, attractive, and a very practical choice for a carry on that will deliver performance for many years."

Ok
"Pretty good story I like that it’s adjustable still somewhat small. I wish there was a couple more pockets in the front area that could stretch a little bit more as well as more types of hooks or added features on the outside."

This is my third
"This is my 3rd Briggs & Riley expandable. Great size for shorter trips. As with the medium, it's sturdy, well-made and filled with thoughtful features. The wheels spin so smoothly!"

Almost perfect
"This bag is exactly what I wanted. The compression is amazing, the handle is stable, the features are well-thought-out, and it is incredibly well made. The wheels are smooth as butter - almost too smooth as it easily rolls away if you're on any kind of an incline. The exterior handle housing is a really nice touch as it means you have a nice flat inside bottom of the bag and don't have to try to pack socks and underwear between the bars of the handle housing In case you're wondering why I didn't give it five stars, it's because of the side handle. I know this seems petty to subtract a star because of a single handle, but IT'S ON THE WRONG SIDE. I've been a business traveler for over 25 years, and literally every other rollaboard I've owned has had the side handle on the right side. It's second-nature the way I pick up a suitcase to put it in the overhead compartment, in the trunk of the car, or on a luggage rack. Except now I have to fumble every time because my right hand grabs air. Why would such an impeccably made bag have such a glaring flaw? Seriously, fix the side handle, B&R, and you've got the perfect bag!"

Lots of space, good quality
"The quality of the materials reallly stands out. And I like how the telescoping handle is outside the compartment so the tracks don't get in the way of packing."

Great features, but way TOO HEAVY for flight crew
"As a flight attendant, your bag is your life, and unfortunately, this one just isn't working for the job. It weighs 10 lbs completely empty! When you travel constantly, every ounce matters, and this is simply too heavy. The weight distribution is tough—it doesn't shift well when rolling on its side or going up ramps. Going down ramps is even trickier, as you have to fight to keep the heavy bag from getting away from you. I absolutely love all the compartments and features, but because of the weight, I have to look for a lighter bag for everyday work."
